My lights are off. FPL sent me a bill for the amout of $5,488.00 a month ago and stated that I owe this bill from two previous residents from two years ago. I spoke with FPL staff/supervisor to make payment arrangements. I was turned down, due to FPL states that I have to pay bill in full due to lights are off. I told supervisor that I was in crisis and are able to provide proof of my medical condition. I'm a victim of a crime which prevented me from going to work for months. I have three minor kids. I do have a generator and have to keep feeling it up with gas. My husband work is very slow and he will start back working on 03/03/08. I'm seaching the internet to seak help in paying my bill to have my lights reinstord. We are currently going through a financial situation now. I have returned back to work, I have been working on the same job since 1998. Please, if there is anyone out there who could help my family and I to get caught up on our bills or if some one could send my information on any resources, i'm greatly in need of finance to restore my lights. I will highly appreciate it. I pray that the Lord will send some one to help us or steer me in the right direction to obtain financial help.
